- Planning on Market Development (Brand and Trade Marketing) Strategy to Increase Market Share and Company Profit per SBU in line with strategy and targets and within budget
- Analyzing sales trend of company/ industry & identify new market opportunity to implement successful marketing plan that ensure the sustainable business growth
- Following up and Analyzing competitive price, promotion, coverage and sales report
- Developing & executing effective promotional strategies (Brand, consumer and trade) to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Preparing annual promotional (ATL, BTL & TTL) budget, implement monthly and ensure execution on time
- Maintain media relationship to supervise advertising and maintain advertising and promotional campaign
- Conducting market research to assess competition, exploring new market opportunities and placing recommendations for new products introduction or improvement of existing products
- Tracking products’ movement in different regions and designing promotion to achieve company goals
- Training marketing and sales team to increase their knowledge regarding products, merchandising and developing their selling skills thus increasing overall productivity
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
- MBA/ Masters
- Should have minimum 6-8 years working experience with 2-3 years in same position in any reputed FMCG company.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet & E-mail
