Job Responsibilities:
- Assimilated agricultural farm development and management of Fisheries, Dairy, Poultry, Vegetable and Flowers.
- Overall management of the day to day operations of the Farm.
- Motivate and lead Farm employees to accomplish anticipated harvest and business targets.
- Manage crisis situations as and when they ascend.
- Liaison with the Local Government authority, other regulatory bodies and local people regularly to make sure the smooth operations of business.
- Devise and participate in activities to progress fish hatching and growth rates and to prevent disease.
- Sales and marketing of Farm products.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with job position.
