Job Title: Call Center Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting customer complaints and provide solutions within defined SLA.
- Answer phone calls with politeness, friendly tone and enthusiasm.
- Provide “One Call Service” on all calls.
- Provide proper and constructive feedback from customer for the improvement of the organization.
- Achieve daily quantitative targets and the service levels.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.
- Experience in the same kind of job will be preferred.
- Good command in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Very good Computer Literate.
- Well groomed, pleasant and friendly personality.
- Effective listening skills.
- Team player and self motivating.
Salary: Tk. 15000
