Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting customer complaints and provide solutions within defined SLA.
  • Answer phone calls with politeness, friendly tone and enthusiasm.
  • Provide “One Call Service” on all calls.
  • Provide proper and constructive feedback from customer for the improvement of the organization.
  • Achieve daily quantitative targets and the service levels.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.
  • Experience in the same kind of job will be preferred.
  • Good command in oral and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Very good Computer Literate.
  • Well groomed, pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Team player and self motivating.
Salary: Tk. 15000
