POSITION TITLE: Senior/ Officer - Hardware, Networking and Troubleshooting (Head Office)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for Installation,
configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Computer, Laptop, Server,
Software, LAN, WAN and system management. Perform network maintenance
to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption. Install
all kinds of software and make sure the security of the overall MIS
& IT setup.
Qualification & Experience:
- B Sc in Computer Science/ Engineering from any reputed University.
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge on Troubleshooting, Linux and
windows OS setup, capable to install, configure and manage server
including domain/email server independently, hands on experience in
computer LAN setup and troubleshooting, clear concept about TCP/IP,
HTTP, LAN/MAN/WAN, IP-routing and Sub-netting.
- Good knowledge of security and encryption.
- Between 25-35 years of age.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in Bangla and English.
