Senior Vice President (Head of Admin & HR)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Able to execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities.
- Should have experience in Security System of Manufacturing Industries/ Factories.
- Responsible for overall HR related activities of the organization in close collaboration with Management Team.
- Follow up recruitment as per HR planning & executing staff development initiatives & ensuring company HR policy.
- Development of HR Policy & Manuals: Standardize & implement Policy induction and orientation process in Factory.
- Overall control of the personnel / human resource
function, formulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to
the company's mission and goals Factory.
- Improving management / employee communications,
including mediating in disputes and advising senior management on how to
implement personnel policies.
- Design and Develop formats for Annual Performance Appraisal for the employees.
- Determining organizational needs in terms of skills
& competencies, identifying staffing gaps and suggesting senior
management for onward actions.
- Employee & Worker Relations, Empowerment, Engagement, Retention.
- Maintenance of Company & Factory Records, Meeting
Minutes, Circulars & Notices, Compilation of Minutes and its
circulation, chronological records with segregation and grading of
top priority correspondences, Classification of Files,
Documentation, Archives etc.
- Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
- Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
- Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
- Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
- Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
- Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM/ LLB/ PGDHRM.
- Must have Garments Experience.
- Ex (Retired) Defense Officer with Minimum Ranked of Major and above will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
- Age 40 to 55 year(s).

- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
- Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
Salary Range : Negotiable
