MIS Officer

Major Job Responsibilities:

Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
Network Troubleshooting, Network Maintenances and Network cabling.
Software installation and configuration according to the user requirement.
Configure and install Operating systems (windows 7, Apple OS) and necessary application software.
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults of PCs, Printers and IT equipments.
Work independently to troubleshoot support requests and follow escalation policies.
Monitoring computer systems and network.
Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and eager to learn.
Maintain professional and team oriented relationships.
Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with users.
