Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate
solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root
cause analysis.
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operation system and applications.
- Configuring and troubleshooting network both LAN and Wi-Fi.
- Network installation and configuration and troubleshooting.
- Willing to visit different Branches.
- Update documents day to day and support related operation.
- Experience on Windows, MAC and Windows Server Platform.
- Good communication skills at managerial level.
- Any other IT task assigned by department head.
