Main Responsibilities
- Understand the retail environment.
- Distributor management and business plan development.
- Sales planning and visibility development.
- Team management and capacity building
- Relationship management.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA/Masters from any recognized university.
- 8-10 years relevant working experience in any leading local/ multinational FMCG companies.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision.
- Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated,
result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and
fast moving environment.
