To support our continuous growth, we are looking for
result oriented individuals in our existing team for the following
position:
Position: Assistant Officer, Accounts
Job Location : Rajshahi
Position Summary: The incumbent will be
responsible for handling and maintaining Branch’s books of accounting
including petty cash, trade collections and bank accounts
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive sales proceeds from Credit Collection
Assistant /Delivery personnel and deposit the same with bank after
checking documents tallied with Delivery Manifest and Official Receipt
- Assist in Petty cash management
- Assist in depositing Vat and submitting return
- Generate and submit different reports including collection, expenses and any other requested by corporate office.
- Maintain and update Accounting Software ERP
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline. But Accounting / Finance is preferable
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field is preferred
Additional Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command in MS Office especially in advanced MS Excel is critical
- Ability to work under pressure & also work in shifts
- Interest to work in any district of Bangladesh
