Executive/Sr. Executive, Marketing & Sales (Hyundai Excavators)
No of Vacancies: 2 (Two)
Job description/responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and expand sales;
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Gather knowledge of existing industrial
equipments market and contribute to business development and annual
business plan;
- Collect market information and fully satisfy any client requirement;
- Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Identify valuable feedback from clients and
provide ideas for marketing and branding based on existing market
players;
- Maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Responsible for credit realization from respective clients/organization on a timely manner;
- Contributing and developing marketing plans and strategies;
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for client visit and sales activities as per company structure;
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Any other tasks may be assigned by the superior authority.
Job Nature:
Full-time
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
from any recognized educational institutions. MBA in Marketing is
preferable.
Experience Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience in Construction
Equipment or any other Industrial Equipment company. Please don’t apply
if you’re from Finance/Accounts background.

- Should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure and responsible with pleasant personality;
- Should be able to work as a team member;
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment;
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Very high levels of stamina and the ability to
concentrate on the most complex and challenging issues with
minimal support.
