Job Description / Responsibility
- Carry out systematic examination of the methods and activities
- Improve the effective use of resources and set up the standard time for work performance
- Prepare workers' skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption
- Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man-Machine ratio
- Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input
- Update skill inventory regular basis and measure workers' efficiency
- Prepare production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis
