Over 2000 merchants are directly working with the marketplace
platform. The e-commerce site lists over 100,000 SKUs (unique
products). The company has been founded by founders of Bdjobs.com
Ltd.. It has investment by reputed local and foreign investors.
Currently the company is looking for young, dynamic and
energetic young candidate to work with the core management team for
the following position.
Position: Executive - Facebook live chat, Social Network
Job Description / Responsibility
- Executive will have to communicate with customers via face book and our e-commerce live chat portal.
- Deal with the domestic clients while making a good
business sense on company's services provided over social media
platform.
- Grabbing and encouraging customer orders through online communication.
- Confirm and process customer orders which are taken through face book, live chat.
- Responding to customer comments and reviews on our face book page.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Graduate in Marketing or any discipline from a reputed University .
